ZoomInfo pricing for staffing agencies
By Drippay, Inc.Published 7 min read
ZoomInfo pricing is quote-only. The public pricing page names the packages and what each includes, but it shows no dollar amounts. ZoomInfo says price depends on features, number of licenses, and credit usage.
This page uses ZoomInfo’s own pricing and product pages checked October 6, 2026. It does not fill the quote with review-site numbers. dreach is adjacent rather than a ZoomInfo replacement. It helps a staffing firm win job orders by flagging past clients hiring again, naming the hiring manager, and showing the warmest way in. The firm works the outreach from its own accounts.

Your team decides who to contact.
the short version
- ZoomInfo is the better choice if you need a very large contact and company database with direct dials, intent signals, and CRM integrations, and you have the budget for an annual contract.
- Look at the Talent package if your main use is candidate sourcing. ZoomInfo lists advanced candidate search with contact data, candidate alerts, and company scoops for talent teams.
- Start with Professional if you need prospecting data, search and export, a Chrome extension, and CRM integrations without the AI account-prioritization layer.
- Consider dreach beside ZoomInfo if you already have a contact source but still need to know which past clients are hiring again, who the hiring manager is, and who can introduce you.
What ZoomInfo publishes about price
The pricing page has a “Get Pricing” form and package descriptions with no dollar figures. We did not find a public number for any ZoomInfo package. Any price you see on a review site is not ZoomInfo’s, and we do not repeat them here.

What drives a ZoomInfo quote
ZoomInfo’s FAQ says pricing is based on features and functionality, number of licenses, and credit usage. It says add-ons and integrations can change the price. Streaming Intent is an add-on priced on expected usage, specifically the volume of keywords and the account universe you track. Integrations typically carry a base cost and a minimum bulk credit purchase.
The same page says credits are consumed by exporting a contact or company profile. Each export costs one credit, from the platform, the Chrome extension, or an API call from an integration. It says more advanced credits cover deeper data such as technographics and org charts. Payment frequency is set with the sales team.
- Package tier and the number of licenses.
- Included credits and the price of extra credits.
- Add-ons such as Streaming Intent, by keywords and account universe.
- Integration fees and any minimum credit purchase.
- Contract length, renewal terms, and payment frequency.
The first-year quote checklist
Ask ZoomInfo to show year one in one table. Put licenses, package, included credits, extra credits, add-ons, integrations, onboarding, taxes, and renewal terms on separate lines. Ask how the renewal price is set and what happens to unused credits.
Then test the data on your own target list. Take a sample of past clients and likely employers and check how many hiring managers, titles, emails, and phones come back correct. A staffing firm should also check whether the Talent package, the Sales package, or both are needed, since each is quoted separately.

Where dreach fits beside ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo can be the database a firm searches for contacts. dreach covers a different job. It watches past clients and employers like them for new openings, names the hiring manager with a current email and phone, and shows the warmest way in. The team decides the message and sends it from the firm’s own LinkedIn and email accounts.
dreach is not a contact database and not a ZoomInfo replacement. Pricing is not published. Scope and terms are confirmed for the firm before starting.
