Seamless.AI pricing for staffing firms
By Drippay, Inc.Published 7 min read
Seamless.AI’s current pricing page does not show a paid dollar list. It says buyers can get special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, Prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment, then routes them to a demo form. That means there is no public number to quote on this page, and this page does not invent one.
Many third-party guides print plan prices for Seamless.AI, and they disagree with each other. None of them are used here. What is useful instead is a list of the things that move a Seamless.AI quote and the questions to ask before signing. dreach is not a contact database. It is a separate service for staffing firms that want known employers watched for new openings, with the hiring manager and warmest way in.

the short version
- Choose Seamless.AI if the team wants a contact research tool with job-change data, buyer intent, and enrichment, and is comfortable negotiating a custom quote.
- Ask for a written quote if you need to know the credit count, seat count, data products, term, and renewal before comparing it with any tool that publishes a price.
- Compare a published-price tool if the firm wants to set a budget from a public page. Lusha shows plan prices on its own site.
- Consider dreach beside Seamless.AI if contact data is not the gap. The gap is knowing which past clients and similar employers are hiring again, who the hiring manager is, and the warmest way in.
What Seamless.AI publishes
The pricing page headline is “Perfect Pricing for Startups to the Fortune 500.” The only commercial statement under it is that buyers can get special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, Prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment. A demo form follows. No plan name, seat price, or credit price is shown on the page.
| Item | What the vendor page shows | What to ask for |
|---|---|---|
| Paid plan price | Not published. Special pricing through a demo form | Price per seat, per credit, and per data product, in writing |
| Users | Mentions unlimited users as a pricing option | Whether unlimited users changes the credit price |
| Credits | Mentions bulk credits. The unit is not defined on the page | What one credit buys, what happens to unused credits, and whether they reset |
| Data products | Names Prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment | Which of these are in the quote and which cost extra |

What drives a Seamless.AI quote
The page names the levers itself: users, bulk credits, Prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment. A quote for a five-person desk that only looks up emails is a different product from a quote that adds intent data and enrichment into a CRM or ATS. Ask for the quote itemized so each lever has its own line.
Term matters as much as the line items. Ask whether the price is annual, whether it renews automatically, how much notice is needed to cancel, and whether the renewal price is fixed. A first-year discount that resets at renewal is a budgeting problem, not a saving.
- How many seats and how many credits are in the quote?
- What does one credit pay for: a name, an email, a phone number, or a search?
- Are job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment included or priced separately?
- Is there a free trial or sample, and what are its limits?
- What is the renewal price and the cancellation notice period?
- How do exports to your CRM or ATS count against credits?
Test a quote against a real list
Take the same 50 contacts at employers your firm actually calls on. Ask each vendor to run them. Record how many came back with a current email, how many with a phone, the date of the data, and how many credits each result used. Divide the quote by the contacts you could actually use. That number is comparable across vendors. A headline credit count is not.
For a staffing firm, also test the step before the contact. A list of managers does not say who is hiring now. Check whether the tool can tell you that a past client posted a new opening this week. If it cannot, the contact data may still be useful, but it does not replace the signal.

When Seamless.AI is the better choice
Seamless.AI is the better choice when the main job is finding emails and phone numbers for a broad set of prospects, the team is comfortable negotiating a custom quote, and it wants job-change and buyer-intent data in the same contract. It is also reasonable when you already have a list of target employers and need the contact layer filled in at volume.
It is the weaker choice when the buyer needs a public price to budget from, or when the real gap is knowing which employers are hiring and who owns the requisition.
Where dreach fits beside Seamless.AI
dreach does a different job. It flags past clients that are hiring again and employers like them, names the hiring manager with a current email and phone, and shows the warmest way in. Outreach runs from the firm’s own LinkedIn and email accounts. The firm can keep a contact tool for broad prospecting and use dreach where timing and the route into the employer matter.
dreach is not a contact database and does not replace one. Pricing is not published. Scope and terms are confirmed before starting.

Seamless.AI is quote-only on its public page. Get an itemized written quote with credits, seats, data products, term, and renewal, then test it on a real sample of your own employers. If contact data is not your gap, dreach can sit beside it for the hiring-signal and route-in work.
