how dreach uses
your Google account.
When you connect Google, dreach requests only the access required for the features below. dreach does not sell your data and does not use Google user data for advertising.
What dreach accesses
Google Calendar (read)
dreach reads your upcoming calendar events so it can prepare a short brief before each call — who you are meeting, recent context, and what to cover.
Google Calendar (events)
When you agree on a time with a contact, dreach creates the calendar event (with a Google Meet link) so the meeting is booked without you leaving the conversation.
Gmail
dreach reads the email threads you connect so it can draft accurate, in-context replies, and sends messages on your behalf under the rules and limits you set.
The exact scopes
dreach requests a scope only when you connect the feature that needs it, and stops using it the moment you disconnect.
- gmail.readonly — read your messages, so your inbox is visible in dreach and a reply can be matched to the outreach that caused it.
- gmail.modify — apply labels and read state, so the inbox in dreach reflects the one in Gmail.
- gmail.send — send the messages you have approved, from your address.
- calendar and calendar.events — read availability and create the event, so a time agreed in a thread is actually booked.
AI processing of Gmail content
When you ask dreach to draft or triage in the context of a thread, the relevant message content is sent to our AI provider to produce that specific result. This is a transfer necessary to provide the feature you invoked. That content is not used to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or ML models, by us or by the provider.
Revoking access
Disconnect the mailbox in dreach, or remove dreach from your Google account permissions page. Either one ends dreach's access.
Limited Use
dreach's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
For data obtained through Google APIs, dreach commits that:
- it is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you connected it for;
- it is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition;
- it is not used for advertising of any kind;
- it is not read by humans, unless you give explicit consent for a specific message, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required by law, or the data is aggregated and de-identified;
- it is not used to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or ML models.
