Lusha pricing for staffing agencies
By Drippay, Inc.Published 8 min read
Lusha’s current pricing page shows five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Premium, and Scale. Free is $0 with 40 credits a month. Starter, Pro, and Premium show a monthly equivalent when billed yearly, with credits granted up front. Scale is custom. The price you see also moves with a credit slider, so the figures below are the ones shown on the page when checked.
Prices and credit rules below come from Lusha’s own pricing page checked October 6, 2026. The yearly figures are a monthly equivalent for annual billing, shown by the vendor as 25% off. The page also has a pay-monthly toggle. We did not capture its monthly prices, so confirm them at checkout. dreach is not a contact database or a Lusha replacement. It is for firms that want known employers watched for new openings, with the hiring manager and warmest way in.

the short version
- Choose Free if one recruiter wants to test email lookups from the browser extension before paying anything.
- Choose Starter or Pro if a small desk needs bulk enrichment and a modest credit pool, and Pro’s API and signals matter.
- Choose Premium if a team needs a larger credit pool, more seats, team management, and credit allocation.
- Ask for Scale if you need SSO, advanced compliance, a dedicated success team, or a lower price per credit at volume.
- Consider dreach beside Lusha if you can already look up a contact, but you do not know which past clients are hiring again or the warmest way into the employer.

How Lusha credits work
Credits decide the real cost. Lusha lists a verified email at 1 credit and a phone number at 5 credits. Exporting 1 to 25 results to CSV is 1 credit, and an export to CRM is 1 credit per result. Signals and premium data points, buyer intent topics, and AI recommendations are 1 credit each in the page’s credit table.
A desk that wants phone numbers for every contact burns credits five times faster than one that emails. On the Starter setting shown, 4,800 credits a year is 4,800 emails or 960 phone numbers. Work out your mix before you pick a plan.
- Verified email: 1 credit.
- Phone number: 5 credits.
- CSV export of 1 to 25 results: 1 credit.
- Export to CRM, one result: 1 credit.
- Buyer intent, one topic per company or contact: 1 credit.
Billing, rollover, and renewal
Lusha says plans renew automatically and can be canceled in account settings, with credits available until the end of the billing period. On yearly plans all credits are granted up front and unused ones reset at the end of the cycle. On monthly plans, unused credits roll over up to twice the plan’s credit limit while subscribed.
That difference matters. A firm that buys a yearly pool and uses it unevenly can lose credits. A firm that buys monthly pays more per credit, per the vendor’s 25% yearly discount, but keeps flexibility.
When Lusha is the better choice
Lusha is the better choice when you want a published price, a free tier to test with, and a browser extension that works on LinkedIn and any website. It suits a small desk that needs verified emails and some phone numbers and wants to start without a sales call.
It is the weaker choice if you need to know which employers are hiring and who owns the requisition. A lookup tool returns the contact once you know the person. It does not say which of your past clients opened a new job this week.

Where dreach fits beside Lusha
dreach does the employer-side work before the lookup. It flags past clients that are hiring again and employers like them, names the hiring manager with a current email and phone, and shows the warmest way in. Outreach runs from the firm’s own LinkedIn and email accounts. A firm can keep a Lusha seat for ad hoc lookups and use dreach for the job-order motion.
dreach is not a contact database and does not replace Lusha. Pricing is not published. Scope and terms are confirmed before starting.

Lusha is one of the few contact tools that publishes prices. Start with Free to test, then size Starter, Pro, or Premium from your email-to-phone mix, since a phone number costs 5 credits. Ask for Scale if you need SSO or a lower per-credit price. dreach can sit beside it for the hiring-signal and route-in work.
