Apollo pricing for staffing agencies
By Drippay, Inc.Published 7 min read
Apollo pricing is public. The current page lists Free, Basic, Professional, and Organization plans with a per-seat price and a credit allowance. The number that decides your real cost is not the seat price. It is how many credits your team spends on emails and phone numbers.
This page uses Apollo’s own pricing and credits pages checked October 6, 2026. Apollo marks its prices as introductory and subject to change, so confirm them at checkout. dreach is adjacent rather than an Apollo replacement. It helps a staffing firm win job orders by flagging past clients hiring again, naming the hiring manager, and showing the warmest way in. The firm works the outreach from its own accounts.

the short version
- Apollo is the better choice if you need a broad contact database, sequences, a dialer, and a basic CRM in one low-cost tool, and your team will do its own list building.
- Start on Free if you want to test the data on a handful of searches before paying. The free plan is small, so treat it as a trial.
- Pick Professional or Organization if you send at scale and need unlimited daily sends, more mailboxes, workflows, or reports. Basic limits sends to 250 emails a day.
- Consider dreach beside Apollo if Apollo gives you contacts but you still lack a timely reason to call: which past clients are hiring again, who the hiring manager is, and who can introduce you.
Current public Apollo prices
Apollo’s pricing page shows annual billing prices per seat per month. It offers a monthly billing toggle and says annual billing saves 24 percent. The monthly-billing prices are not captured here, so check the toggle on the live page. Apollo also states that features and pricing may change.
| Plan | Public price | Credits included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 900 per seat per year, granted monthly |
| Basic | $49 per seat per month, billed annually | 30,000 per seat per year, granted upfront |
| Professional | $79 per seat per month, billed annually | 48,000 per seat per year, granted upfront |
| Organization | $119 per seat per month, billed annually, minimum 3 seats | 72,000 per seat per year, granted upfront |

How Apollo credits change the real cost
Apollo’s credits page says an email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 8 credits. It says Apollo never charges more than 1 credit per contact for email and only charges for emails it can verify. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. On annual plans, credits are unlocked at the start of the annual cycle.
Credits can also be spent when exporting company data, and Apollo says future features may use credits. It says it will notify you before an action that uses credits. Run the math on your own mix. A desk that wants a mobile number for every contact spends credits eight times faster than one that only needs email.
- How many contacts per recruiter per month, and how many need a phone number.
- Whether unused credits at the end of the cycle matter to you.
- What an extra credit costs when you run out. Apollo says you can buy more in the app.
What Apollo lists for each plan, and the add-ons
The compare table lists 250 emails a day on Free and Basic and unlimited daily sends on Professional and Organization. It lists unlimited sequences on paid plans, with A/Z testing from Professional. Basic includes one mailbox per user, while Professional and Organization allow unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes. Workflows per team rise from 5 on Basic to 50 on Professional and 500 on Organization.
Two add-ons are priced on the page. Inbound is $119 per team per month billed annually. Advanced Dialer is $119 per team per month billed annually. Both are separate from the seat price.

Questions to ask before you buy
Apollo is easy to start, so most of the work is checking fit. Pull a sample of your real target employers and see how many hiring managers, titles, and emails come back. Check bounce rates on a small send before you load a large list.
Then decide who owns list building. Apollo gives a recruiter the database and the tools. It does not say which employers are worth contacting this week. For a staffing firm, that timing is the harder part.
- Which plan covers the daily send volume you plan, and from how many mailboxes.
- How many credits a typical month uses at 1 for email and 8 for phone.
- What happens to unused credits at renewal.
- Whether add-ons such as Inbound or the dialer are part of your plan.

Where dreach fits beside Apollo
Apollo can be the place a firm searches contacts and runs sequences. dreach covers a different job. It watches past clients and employers like them for new openings, names the hiring manager with a current email and phone, and shows the warmest way in. The team decides the message and sends it from the firm’s own LinkedIn and email accounts.
dreach is not a contact database and not an Apollo replacement. Pricing is not published. Scope and terms are confirmed for the firm before starting.
