Drippay, Inc. runs the drip marketing SMS program for people who explicitly opt in. These terms explain what we send, how consent works, how to opt out, and the rates that may apply.
1. The messages we send
The drip marketing SMS program sends recurring messages about product updates, feature launches, offers, events, and opportunities to book a demo. We send these messages only to people who explicitly opt in. We do not message purchased or third-party lists. Message frequency varies.
2. How you opt in
Visit our marketing SMS opt-in form, enter your mobile number, and check the separate consent box before submitting. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, send the SMS message "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
5. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
