FAQ

Your questions answered.

What does dreach cost?

A setup fee to start, then an agreed fee on results, only on orders that started with a dreach lead. No fee per lead and no seats. The percentage is agreed on a call before launch.

Why pay a setup fee before a placement?

One placement covers it. The setup pays for mapping your accounts and getting your sending ready, and after that you pay only on orders that started with a dreach lead.

Which orders count?

Only orders that started with a dreach lead, inside the agreed time window. Direct hire counts on the placement fee you collect. Temporary and contract staffing counts on the gross profit you collect, not on client billings. Orders already in progress or introduced elsewhere do not count.

How do you know an order started with a dreach lead?

Every lead is dated and kept in one record: the employer, the sign, the lead, the reply, the order, and the placement. You report what you collect; dreach does not check invoices.

What is agreed before launch?

Your client list, the deals you already have going, which roles count, the fee base, the time window, and what to leave out. In writing, before work starts.

How soon do leads come?

Your first leads land in your first week.
