These are the questions staffing firm owners ask on a first call, answered in plain language. Where the site does not state a detail, the answer says so and points you to the call instead of guessing.
dreach is a managed service for staffing firms. It finds employers about to hire, including past clients hiring again. Each lead comes with the hiring manager, confirmed in the job, with a current email and phone, and the warmest way in. Your team works each lead from its own accounts.
The short version
dreach looks at which roles led your firm to faster placements with higher revenue, rebuilds your ideal client from them, and watches your network and the signs that come before a job is posted: a company switching its VMS, a hiring leader who just joined from one of your clients, a private-equity owner spinning off a company, a burst of openings, or a role still open after 30 days.
You get a lead with the source and the date, the hiring manager, and the way in. Customers say: “It’s definitely not a volume thing. It’s a timing thing.” Pricing is a monthly minimum credited against a fee on results, only on orders that started with a dreach lead.
dreach is not a CRM, an ATS, a contact database, a candidate sourcing tool, or a placement marketplace. Your ATS stays the system of record. It does not check invoices or payments, and it does not guarantee revenue.
Three things: your client list, with the employers, role types, and locations to watch; what you already have going, including open orders, conversations in progress, and revenue dreach must never claim; and which orders count, meaning what a win is, what the fee is measured on, the time window, and how adjustments are handled.
If your question is not here, ask it on the demo call. We would rather say “not yet” than promise a feature this page does not describe.
What does dreach generate: clients, job orders, or leads?
Leads that can become job orders. Each lead is an employer that is hiring or about to, with the dated source, the hiring manager, and your warmest way in. The job order, the placement, and the collection depend on your firm and the client. dreach follows each lead through those steps so you can see what it turned into.
How is attribution tracked?
dreach traces an order back through your client account, proof the employer is hiring with a date, the lead, the employer’s response, the accepted order, the placement, and the collection you report, all inside the agreed time window. Orders already in progress or introduced elsewhere do not count. The current pilot records what your firm reports as collected; it does not check invoices or payments.
How do my past placements get in?
A list is enough. Any list of companies you work with or want to reach lets dreach flag when those employers are hiring again. No ATS connection is needed, and an ATS or network list is optional and can come later. Bullhorn, Loxo, or whatever you run stays the system of record.
How long until my first placement?
dreach does not promise a time to fill or a first placement date. Setup is a 20-minute call, the pilot is run by hand, and the first flagged openings land within the first week. After that, the order, the placement, and the collection depend on the client and your team. Direct hire and contract work run on different clocks, so ask how a firm like yours would be measured.
How is dreach different from ZoomInfo, Apollo, and UserGems?
Those tools are built for sales teams. ZoomInfo’s page describes a database of 420M+ contacts. Apollo’s describes prospecting, outreach, and dialing in one system. UserGems describes signals such as job changes, intent, M&A, and hiring for outbound and account-based marketing. dreach watches the employers you already know for dated signs that come before a posting, and shows your warmest way in through your clients and the people you placed. It is not a contact database and does not replace one.
Can I filter by location and by how long a job has been open?
You choose the clients to watch, the role types and locations, and anything to leave out. A role still open after 30 days is one of the signs dreach flags. The site does not describe other custom age filters, so ask on the call if you need a different threshold.
Does dreach work with Salesforce or HubSpot?
dreach runs beside your CRM or ATS and does not replace it. Bullhorn, Loxo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other staffing systems remain the system of record. The site does not list a sync for any of them, so ask on the call what moves in or out for yours.
Do you book meetings, or do we reply?
Your team does. dreach gives you the proof, the hiring manager, and the way in. Your team decides who to contact, works each lead from its own accounts, and does the reaching out and the replying. The site describes the deliverable as the lead, not a booked meeting.
Is my candidate database safe?
dreach does not need it. A client list and an ATS connection are enough, and your candidate database stays with you. Data you do share is scoped to your workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest, and not used to train a shared model. dreach has completed a SOC 2 Type I audit, and you can ask for the report under NDA. You can ask for your workspace data to be deleted.
Will LinkedIn outreach get my account restricted?
The risk is never zero. LinkedIn’s help page on prohibited software says members who use automation tools risk having their accounts restricted or shut down. Where a LinkedIn account is connected, dreach uses one dedicated browser per account, keeps daily limits low and paced, and pauses the account on any warning, restriction, or challenge. That lowers the risk and does not remove it. Ask for the limits in writing before you connect an account.
How is dreach priced?
A monthly minimum credited dollar for dollar against an agreed fee on results, only on orders that started with a dreach lead. dreach does not charge per lead. The percentage, the time window, and what to leave out are agreed before launch. The site does not state a percentage.
Does dreach guarantee revenue?
No. dreach gives timely proof and the right person to contact. The order, the placement, and the collection are up to your firm and the client, and dreach records what you report.
Who is dreach for, and who is it not for?
Staffing firm owners and operators who already have employer clients and room for another job order, in direct hire, temporary, or contract work. It is not for teams that only need a contact export, a CRM or ATS, candidate sourcing, or cold lead generation as the main service.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The hosted workspace runs in a browser at app.dreach.ai, and the pilot is set up on a 20-minute call.
