the short version

  • Choose Platform if you need an ATS and CRM with unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts, and companies, automation, and communication in one system.
  • Choose AIRA if you want the AI agents too: the notetaker, field updates, phone and email finder, and job change alerts.
  • Compare another ATS if you want a flat published price for every tier, monthly terms, or a different mix of features.
  • Consider dreach beside Recruiterflow if the ATS holds the client record, but the firm still needs to know which past clients are hiring again, who the hiring manager is, and the warmest way in.

Platform: the ATS and CRM

Platform is the plan for a firm that mainly needs one system of record. The pricing page lists unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts, and companies, LinkedIn imports and Chrome sourcing, a custom ATS and CRM, a branded careers page, an automation suite with multi-channel triggers, email, calls, and text plus LinkedIn, and Recruiterflow BI reporting.

The annual rate is lower, but it means committing for the year. A firm that is unsure about headcount should compare the full first-year cost at both billing options before choosing.

AIRA: the AI agents

AIRA is Recruiterflow’s suite of AI agents. The pricing page lists AIRA Notetaker for contact summaries from email, text, calls, meetings, and LinkedIn, a Field Updates Agent that suggests ATS and CRM updates, a Phone and Email Finder, and Job Change Alerts. It says AIRA plan customers get all current and future agents at no extra cost.

The price is a range, so scope drives it. Ask what puts a firm at $150 and what puts it at $300. Test the phone and email finder on a real sample, because it is a data feature and its accuracy is the thing you are paying for.

Migration, add-ons, and contract questions

The pricing page says there are no add-ons. It also describes two migration paths. Self-serve import from Excel or CSV is free. White-glove migration is paid, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, and is priced by data volume, with a possible fee waiver on multi-year contracts. Migration is where a low seat price can turn into a larger first-year bill.

  • Is the quoted rate annual or monthly, and what is the cancellation notice?
  • What does white-glove migration cost for your data volume?
  • What lands in the new system: notes, call logs, attachments, and activity history?
  • What puts AIRA at the low or high end of the range?
  • What are the renewal terms and how do you export your data?

When Recruiterflow is the better choice

Recruiterflow is the better choice when a recruiting or search firm wants an ATS and CRM built around automation and sequences, with AI agents available in a higher plan and a published starting rate. It suits agencies moving off an older ATS that want a single system for jobs, candidates, and clients.

It is the weaker choice if the firm needs a large built-in people database or a tool that tells it which employers are hiring. An ATS holds the records you already have. It does not find new job orders for you.

Where dreach fits beside Recruiterflow

Recruiterflow can be the ATS and CRM. dreach covers the client-development signal around it. It flags past clients that are hiring again and employers like them, names the hiring manager with a current email and phone, and shows the warmest way in. The firm sends outreach from its own LinkedIn and email accounts and keeps Recruiterflow as the system of record.
